    • With Yorkshire Valley Farms’ frozen organic chicken drums, you get all the delicious, nutritious benefits of their fresh drums, with the added convenience of an extended shelf life when stored in the freezer
    • Drums are a great option for dark meat-lovers. In addition to all the nutritional benefits of white meat, dark meat generally contains more zinc and vitamin B12
    • Cooking chicken with the skin on can help retain moisture and add flavour, so whether roasting, grilling, or braising, chicken drums can make for an economical, tasty meal
    • SAFE HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS:
    • Keep refrigerated or frozen
    • When preparing your chicken, keep raw poultry separate from other foods
    • Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards, utensils, and hands) after touching raw poultry
    • Cook thoroughly. A meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part should read 165 F (74 C)
    • These chicken fillets are made with all white meat, and then lightly breaded and seasoned. We think they taste great just as they are, but for those who like something a little saucy, we polled some of the ChelseaMarket.ca Team for some dipping suggestions:
    • Courtney goes for a mix of Frank’s Red Hot, pepper and BBQ sauce
    • Bailey likes to alternate her dips between honey and spicy BBQ sauce
    • Connor keeps it simple with straight up Cholula hot sauce
    • Galen mixes plum sauce and Sriracha
    • Chelsea prefers things on the sweeter side, like plum sauce, sweet n sour, or just some good old honey
