ParaGONE is a patented broad spectrum antiparasitic, antimicrobial, and antifungal herbal cleansing program. It contains herbs and extracts that are widely used as antiparasitics to remove both visual (nematode) and microscopic (bacterial) parasites from the body. It also contains antifungal herbs and extracts that are known to eliminate yeast/fungal organisms from the body. Antiparasitic herbs rid the body of parasites in 2 different ways; One group of herbs works by paralyzing the organism directly, allowing the body to remove it through the regular channels of elimination. Another group of herbs works by directly destroying the organism. ParaGONE is a formulation for cleansing parasites from the body, but is also powerful enough to eliminate yeast (candida), as candida often co-exists with parasites. How often can I use ParaGONE? ParaGONE is for use between 2-4 times per year, but can be used more, if required. Do I need to change my diet while doing a ParaGONE cleanse? Dietary changes are suggestions only, however, by following these dietary changes during the cleanse, you will achieve improved results: Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Eat fresh vegetables and green vegetable juices. Eat lemons, limes, and cranberries (they are excellent for cleansing.) Eat cooked fish (No raw fish or shellfish). Eat free range eggs, chicken or turkey. Eat plain yogurt (with live bacterial culture). Eat well cooked whole grains: millet, buckwheat, amaranth, spelt, or teff. Eat pasta made from the above grains. Drink herbal teas such as chamomile or peppermint. Eat raw almonds and seeds. What foods should I avoid? Eliminate (or strictly limit) sugar intake, sucrose, fructose, lactose, glucose, sorbitol, galactose, maple syrup, brown sugar, raw sugar, date sugar, honey, and artificial sweeteners. Eliminate foods with yeast (ex. breads, pastries, etc). Alcohol, pop, coffee, fermented beverages, and ciders. Can I eat the foods that I have cut out during the five day rest period? It is recommended that you continue to stay away from the restricted foods above during the five day rest period. Can I take medications while I cleanse? Please check the warning on the label of the box for specific contraindications. If you are taking any other medications and are unsure, the best course of action is to consult your pharmacist or registered health care practitioner before starting any herbal cleansing program. If you do decide to perform this cleanse, take your medications at separate times from ParaGONE (at least 3 hours). What if I experience nausea, headache, or diarrhea? When cleansing, it is normal to experience these reactions as toxins begin to leave the system. If these reactions are severe or persistent, cut back to half the suggested dosage. If this does not alleviate the symptoms, then discontinue use. If in doubt, consult your registered health care practitioner.
