      • Adults and Adolescents 14 years and over: Drink 1 cup (2 tea bags) 2-4 times daily. Adolescents 10-14 years: Drink 1 cup (2 tea bags) 1-2 times daily. Children 5-9 years: Drink 1 cup (2 tea bags) once daily. Children 2-4 years: Drink 1 cup (1 tea bag) once daily
      • Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1-2 tea bags as directed and allow to steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract
      • Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner if you have gallstones, anemia, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
      • For the overnight relief of occasional constipation
      • Drink 1 cup once daily at bedtime
      • Pour 150 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup and steep, covered, for 10-30 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract
      • Allow at least 6-12 hours for the laxative effect to occur. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products. Take a single dose at bedtime. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have faecal impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever
      • Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhea.  Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease such as Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes, hemorrhoids or diarrhea. Do not use if you are allergic to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family
      • Hypersensitivity is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use
