Renew Life Rapid Cleanse is one of the many detoxification & cleansing products ChelseaMarket.ca offers. Take a look at other detoxification & cleansing products.
Rapid Cleanse stimulates the body’s 7 channels of elimination to enhance the normal process of detoxification (processing the body’s toxins, free radicals, and pollutants) and cleansing (eliminating these substances through the bowel, urinary tract, and skin).
Rapid Cleanse is a 3 part cleanse. Part 1 and 3 are a combination of herbs, minerals, and amino acids contained in vegetable capsules. Part 2 is a powdered fibre supplement from acacia fibre.
Rapid Cleanse Part 1 works by directly stimulating the organs, thereby enhancing the detoxification process of the body. It contains herbs, such as milk thistle, dandelion, and turmeric, which stimulate the liver’s production of bile. The liver transfers toxins into the bile, which is then carried into the small intestine where it is absorbed by fibre and brought to the colon for elimination. Part 1 also contains the diuretic herb artichoke. This allows the body to release more water from the blood, thereby increasing the volume of urine excreted. Rapid Cleanse Part 1 also contains herbs that stimulate elimination of toxins through the skin and the lungs, as well as cleansing the blood and stimulating the lymphatic system.
Rapid Cleanse Part 2 is a fibre supplement containing acacia fibre. Normally, Renew Life recommends a balanced blend of soluble to insoluble fibre (FibreSMART). However, due to the significant impact this product has on the liver, it is important to supplement with a fully soluble fibre. Acacia fibre is a soluble fibre that absorbs toxins for removal from the body. This is extremely important as unabsorbed toxins can be recirculated back into the body.
Rapid Cleanse Part 3< enhances elimination from the colon. It contains magnesium hydroxide which helps to regulate water into the bowel. Most people become constipated because they are dehydrated. When the colon is fully hydrated, elimination can occur more easily, without the need of harsh laxatives. Part 3 also contains the herbs cape aloe, rhubarb, and triphala which stimulate peristalsis (contraction of the colon). Once the colon has been hydrated and peristalsis has been properly stimulated, elimination can be achieved at a normal level (2-3 times per day).
It is recommended that you cleanse 2-4 times per year as we live in a toxic world with chemicals from factories, trucks, and pesticides. Since we are constantly inhaling and ingesting toxins, it is better to remove them regularly, rather than to have them build up and lead to health problems.

Our testing procedures are regulated by Health Canada (NHPD) and all products are made in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Raw Material Testing
The following tests are run on all raw materials before they are accepted into production.
Potency: This testing ensures that the raw material meets the potency requirements as outlined in Renew Life’s finished product specification.
Identification: This testing ensures that the raw material that is received is exactly what is indicated and ordered.
Yeast and Mold: This test ensures that yeast and mold are not present.
Total Aerobic Count: This test determines that bacteria levels in the raw material are below the allowable limits.
E-Coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus: This test determines that these three items are not detectable in raw material.
Heavy Metals: This testing ensures that heavy metals (mercury, arsenic, cadmium, and lead) are not present in quantities that are above the acceptable range. Once the raw material has passed the necessary tests, it is released by Renew Life’s Quality Control department for use in production. The Production Department has its own quality control requirements. Finished products are tested rigorously throughout the production process. These tests ensure that the production run is consistent from start to finish.
Finished Product Testing
Once production is complete, the Quality Control Department takes samples of product from each lot number and sends them to a third party laboratory for final confirmatory testing. Finished products are tested for:
Potency: The same methods are used as in raw material testing; only now, the finished product may require multiple potency tests for each ingredient, depending on the formulation.
Identification: In the finished product, certain ingredient markers are used to ensure that potency has been met.
Weight Variation: Using a representative sample of the finished product, the weights are recorded and the average is obtained. The weight variation from the average must match the finished product specification (which is approved by Health Canada).
Disintegration: This test determines how long it will take for a tablet or capsule to disintegrate once swallowed. This must match the limits as per their finished product specification.
Yeast and Mold: This test ensures that yeast and mold are not present in the final product.
Total Aerobic Count: This test determines that bacteria levels in the final product are below the allowable limits.
E-Coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus: This test determines that these three items are not detectable in the finished product.
Heavy Metals: This testing ensures that heavy metals (mercury, arsenic, cadmium, and lead) are not present in quantities that are above the acceptable range.
Pesticides: This test ensures that there are no detectable pesticide residues present in the finished product. They do all this testing to ensure that they can offer the best possible products to their customers.
